John Geiringer

John GeiringerJohn Geiringer, a partner at Barack Ferrazzano law firm, is a nationally recognized banking attorney who advises financial institutions on regulatory, governance, and investigative matters. He also teaches both banking law and national security law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, and serves as a co-director of its Center for National Security and Human Rights Law.

John has been involved in numerous voluntary endeavors, including his service in the JUF’s Lawyers Division, as President of Anshe Sholom B’nai Israel Congregation, and on the Executive Board of Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago.

He lives in Deerfield with his wife, Jennifer, and his children, Jake and Catie. He joined Maot Chitim in 2019.
